A. We’ll be doing the practical work in pairs which will be physical. But you don’t have to join in, you can watch and learn.
Q. Do I need to be fit to come along?
Q. Do I need prior martial arts experience?
A. No. This is aimed at everyone, no experience necessary.
Q. Will you cover defence against knives and guns?
A. We’ll talk about it and the first 3 rules of self-defence but there is no way for most people to physically stop a blade or bullet.
Q. What if I have any injuries/ long-standing conditions?
