- mae geri (from morote yoko gedan barai) (front kick)
- Kihon Kata (first 8 moves)
- kihon ippon kumite right and left sides:
- jodan oi tsuki (stepping punch), defend by age uke (rising block), counter with chudan gyaku tsuki (reverse punch to belly)
Half white / half orange to full orange
- oi tsuki jodan
- oi tsuki chudan
- age uke
- soto uke
- mae geri (from kamae)
- mawashi geri (from kamae)
- Kihon Kata
- kihon ippon kumite (1-step) right and left sides
- jodan oi tsuki (stepping punch to chin), defend with age uke (rising block), counter with chudan gyaku tsuki (reverse punch to belly)
- chudan oi tsuki (stepping punch to bely), defend with soto uke (outside block), counter with chudan gyaku tsuki (reverse punch to belly)
Note, although this says Yellow belt ippon kumite, this is the correct kumite for white belts too.
