On Saturday 13 July 2024, in place of our regular classes we met in Greenwich Park, where we ran a class outside followed by a picnic! This is what we covered:

1. 15 min warm up
2. Split into the following. Student choice
   • Advanced katas: gankaku & gojushiho sho, 30 mins on each
   • Heian katas: roughly 10 mins each on Heian kata
3. At halfway we change to the following. Again, students can choose
   • Karate games (mainly for younger students, but adults can join too)
   • Kumite, junior & senior (light though as we’re on grass)
4. Then we regroup to wind down with kihon
5. Picnic!
