White + orange stripe to half white / half orange

  • oi tsuki jodan (stepping punch to chin)
  • oi tsuki chudan (stepping punch to belly)
  • age uke (rising block)
  • mae geri (from morote yoko gedan barai) (front kick)
  • Kihon Kata (first 8 moves)
  • kihon ippon kumite right and left sides:
    • jodan oi tsuki (stepping punch), defend by age uke (rising block), counter with chudan gyaku tsuki (reverse punch to belly)

Half white / half orange to full orange

  • oi tsuki jodan
  • oi tsuki chudan
  • age uke
  • soto uke
  • mae geri (from kamae)
  • mawashi geri (from kamae)
  • Kihon Kata         
  • kihon ippon kumite (1-step) right and left sides  
    • jodan oi tsuki (stepping punch to chin), defend with age uke (rising block), counter with chudan gyaku tsuki (reverse punch to belly)
