In January 2025, we launched Kumite Class with an initial four-week intensive course. We now run them every second Wednesday of the month.
Jiyu Kumite (free sparring) can be a big step for those undertaking it for the first time. This is intended to ease those new to kumite while providing more opportunities for those experienced at kumite to practice and help the newer students.
