Training & kyu grading with Sensei Frank Jennings, 4 & 7 November 2026

Alongside our regular classes, our Sensei Frank will run kyu gradings for Senshi Karate students.

Wednesday 4 November 2026

5.30pm-6.30pm: Class as normal for those not grading. GRADING for regular Wednesday 5.30pm students.
6.35-7.35pm: Class as normal for those not grading. Regular 7.40pm students who are grading should train before the grading.
7.40-8.40pm: Class as normal for those not grading. GRADING!

9.00am-9.55am: Class as normal for those not grading. Pre-grading class for those grading.
9.55am-10.45am: Class as normal for those not grading + GRADING. For 9.55am students intending to grade, they should turn up at 9.00am

Please pay in advance to speed up your registration on the day.
TRAINING ONLY: £10 or included for Senshi Karate students who pay monthly for Saturdays or Wednesdays (as appropriate) or for all classes.
TRAINING + KYU GRADING: £25; or £15 for Senshi Karate students who pay monthly for Saturdays or Wednesdays (as appropriate) or for all classes. This includes your belt if you’re successful. NOTE students from other Shotokan Connect clubs may attend only with permission from their Sensei and our Sensei Frank.
Make sure your licence with Shotokan Connect is in date. No licence, no grading!
Wednesday: there is parking onsite or on local roads for Wednesday and changing rooms onsite.
Saturday: there is no parking nor changing rooms onsite.
As is the custom, we will pop downstairs after the Wednesday grading for a lemonade or a half pint.
