Senseis Frank and Arianna and Senpai Alaina attended the Shotokan Connect All Grades Training Course + Dan Grading at Loddon Valley Sports Centre in Reading. Senseis Ian Willis 7th Dan, Robin Dale 6th Dan and Ian Harman 6th Dan were teaching, first the all-grades class and then the brown & black belts class. This was Shotokan Connect’s second December course and was even better attended than last year. This was followed by the Dan gradings in which Frank and Alaina participated. The grading panel was composed of the three Senseis above along with Sensei Ivan Birch 7th Dan and chair of Shotokan Connect. Then in the evening was the Christmas party.
We’re pleased to say that Sensei Frank passed 4th Dan and Senpai Alaina passed 2nd Dan!
