We were delighted to host guest examiner, Sensei Ivan Birch 7th Dan, who ran a training & kyu grading for us.

He spent an hour teaching the brown and black belts, firstly on how to improve kumite techniques and then he gave a detailed analysis of the first half of Enpi kata. Afterwards, he ran an all-grades class focusing on techniques to help them through their grading syllabus.
