During half term at the 7pm class on Wednesday 30 May, many of our students came to class in fancy dress. We had a mixture of heroes – Batman, Spiderman, Wonder Woman, Super Woman, Ginger Ninja, Cat Woman, Black Panther and Biggles. We also had a number of less well-known heroes, who were just as good: Banana Girl, Geezer, Karate Princess, Green Belt Karate Man! We ran through some basic punches and kicks, then used the strike shield to test whether the techniques worked! Everyone did really well.
